Aziza Razakberdieva is a passionate Speaker, Brand Consultant, Personal Growth Coach, Talk Show Host, MC and Moderator with 12 years of experience in marketing, brand management, advertising and business management fields.
She has managed marketing of iconic brands such as Jaguar Land Rover, Atlantis The Palm, Swatch Group, Emaar, The Dubai Mall, Al Tayer, Lufthansa, Noor Bank, RAK Bank to name a few while mentored and led her teams to success through thought leadership, strategic brand management, innovative content creation, impactful communication and empowerment.

Recognized with numerous prestigious marketing and leadership awards in the MENA, Aziza’s 12 years of experience in the UAE’s corporate environment began with her Business Administration degree in Marketing from the American University in Dubai. Aziza is passionate about empowering youth, women and her volunteer work to elevate lives of less fortunate.
